Very disappointed with the Parish Priest for asking staff to lock doors out of tourists who were trying to attend the Church because they were late.
I understand that being late may be an issue. But in defense of those who came late, isn't the 'Church' supposed to welcome others? And why did the Father not say "the body of Christ' to those of color? Let alone give off a negative vibe. As if he just wanted those trying to receive communion who were late to not receive it.
I even heard the crowd murmuring "Father is in a sour mood today". I don't know what the issue was but my family did not feel very welcomed to this Church. We were to add - 5 minutes late to mass. having called the day before the time it started, the receptionist who answers mentioned 9am...when it started 10:30.Added March 31, 2018 by Christian Casin
